Student Mentoring by CANVAS
Canvas – Make your mark. is a mentoring program to develop potential career paths personalized to students’ strengths. Canvas specializes in serving students, parents and schools by offering customized mentoring programs to help students create a life plan, increase their level of engagement and achieve their dreams.
We deploy a series of highly interactive, experiential learning materials. This methodology has been tested and proven in small businesses in Arizona who wish to engage employees in their company’s strategy execution.
Delivered by corporate executives who are certified leaders of the Canvas program, we can engage the hearts and minds of the participants in their own strategy for life. In the business world, if you change the conversation with employees, you change the culture; in the mentoring world, we believe that if you change the conversation with the mentee, you change their choices.
Our approach at Canvas is structured yet flexible to meet the individual needs of the students.
We customize every course to the students’ levels of interest and skill set.
We use “hands-on” and interactive learning techniques of simulation and discussion so students not only learn concepts, but also can apply them.
